FOUNDER AND DIVISION PRESIDENT
As founder and CEO of Quickpay Payroll, Alex brings decades of experience in the payroll processing industry and has helped define an evolving industry by folding in the services, such as employee leasing, administrative services outsourcing, human resources, workers’ compensation, and payroll processing. Alex’s entrepreneurial spirit and proven track record of helping clients of all sizes comes from his understanding of the challenges small businesses face. Alex’s key area of focus is sales and marketing, maintaining client relations, and driving long-term value for clients. He and his team rely on the company’s mission, vision, and values to support their drive and determination never to deliver anything less than excellent.
Alex’s long-term success in the marketplace is due in part to his ability to become a seamless extension of his clients’ teams by engaging them as a strategic partner providing the insights and thought leadership they need to optimize their business. He collaborates closely with clients to develop tailored, flexible solutions designed to suit specific needs and maximize results.
Above and beyond this, Alex understands the complexities of the uncharted territory of the Affordable Care Act and brings in-depth, as well as creative, cost-effective solutions to help clients prepare, administer, monitor, and evaluate any challenges associated with it.
Alex is fluent in both English and Spanish.
RVP OF PAYROLL OPERATIONS
As Chief Operations Officer, George is responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s daily operations, including sales, services, customer support, and information technology. He ensures appropriate systems and processes are clearly defined and implemented to provide efficient and client-focused services.
With nearly two decades of experience, George helps improve service delivery for his clients by simplifying the complexities of day-to-day responsibilities, including HR and payroll. In addition to developing organization and structure, he is responsible for developing and implementing technology solutions, like the Prism portal, to help clients achieve efficiencies and growth. He has extensive experience in operating the most sophisticated payroll processing software systems, and significant knowledge in SQL programming and generating custom reports for employer data.
George leverages his extensive training and certification under the Affordable Care Act to counsel clients on required healthcare changes and new options and requirements for health plans. In addition, he is certified under the Electronic Federal Tax Payment System, the IRS, and is a licensed benefits insurance agent.
George is fluent in both English and Spanish.
DIVISION SALES MANAGER
With more than 15 years of industry experience, David has established his strengths in sales, marketing, and human resource benefits. He is skilled in on-site software training, new client portfolio creations, and extensive experience operating Apex Summit and Prism operating systems.
David holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing; and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
As a driven professional with 20 years of experience in accounting, human resources, and executive recruiting, Leonor has vast industry knowledge and payroll processing skills.
As Payroll Supervisor, Leonor is responsible for managing the Payroll department in accordance with current and changing state regulations, methods, and standards. In this capacity, Leonor communicates and collaborates with internal stakeholders and clients to establish best practices for the company and make recommendations that help strengthen workflow processes for payroll and receivables collections.
Leonor holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and is fluent in English and Spanish.
Richard’s role provides for one of the many reasons that make Quickpay Payroll’s client relationships incomparable in the industry. He regularly communicates with existing and prospective clients to better understand how we can achieve our goal of providing exceptional service and overall customer satisfaction.
Richard has gained a unique perspective of our clients’ individual needs through his daily communications, analysis of client response reports, referral requests, and customer surveys. In an industry dominated by technology, Richard’s work has been invaluable in our ability to continue offering a personal connection to our clients.
Richard has extensive experience with day-to-day operations and has been part of the Quickpay team for over a decade. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Philosophy.
Richard is fluent in English and Spanish and is proficient in French and Portuguese.
