As Payroll Supervisor, Leonor is responsible for managing the Payroll department in accordance, and keeping with, current and changing state regulation, methods and standards. In this capacity, Leonor communicates and collaborates with internal stakeholders, as well as clients to establish best practices for the company and make recommendations that help strengthen workflow processes for payroll and receivables collections.
