Richard Marrero specializes in client services. His role provides for one of the many reasons that make Quickpay Payroll’s client relationships incomparable in the industry.
Richard regularly communicates with existing and prospective clients to better understand how we can achieve our goal of providing exceptional service and overall customer satisfaction.
Through his daily communications, analysis of client response reports, referral requests, and customer surveys, Richard has gained a unique perspective on our clients’ individual needs. In an industry dominated by technology, Richard’s work has been invaluable in our ability to continue offering a personal connection to our clients.
Richard has extensive experience with day to day operations and has been part of the Quickpay team for over a decade. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Philosophy.
Richard is fluent in English and Spanish and is proficient in French and Portuguese.
